Recent Speaking Clients
"Laura has been an incredible resource as we help our families begin the transition process from high school to college. We have asked her to present annually to senior parents/guardians about how to work through the many challenges that they will face as their students head to college. Families repeatedly have shared how impressed they are with Laura's ability to offer straightforward advice with a sincere sense of care and compassion. She helps ensure that the students are learning how to advocate, engage, and succeed. We enthusiastically recommend Laura to connect with any parents, guardians, or students!"

How You're Wired Matters: Unlocking Career Possibilities that Spark You!
In this keynote, I take audiences through my 5 step career design process. With a mix of client stories of career exploration and my own journey from rudderless to sparked, I deliver a proven process to help students, and those guiding them, to learn about their own wiring, and how to apply this to career possibilities that feel meaningful and exciting. Using the Sparketype Career Assessment, students think about their inner impulse to do work in a way that feels natural, and how to apply their sparketype to the problems in the world that interest them. Practical and doable action steps give the audience the roadmap to lock in and get going!
