My mission is helping college students find their direction and take action to make the most of their time in college.
When I was a high school counselor, former students started calling me from college. They were struggling and didn't know why. I was hearing from so many parents too: their students were not doing as well as everyone had hoped. The more I heard, the more I got excited about helping college students uncover their roadblocks and find their way.
As a college student myself, I was rudderless. My career direction was unclear and my procrastination was top notch. It took me years to develop the skills and mindset I wish I had known in college. When I look back I realize those were exactly the skills many students need too.
What I bring to every client
I bundle all my experience working with high school and college students, my own personal journey, and my training as a life coach and counselor, and bring this to each of my clients.
With a growth mindset, non-judgmental questioning, and a lot of positivity, my clients gain awareness, figure out direction, and build their motivation to take action towards the college and post college experiences they want.
My clients leave with more confidence, clearer direction, and the skills to actually follow through.
